I believe you should be careful to not make the lines sloppy and quicly drawin looking by(if your using ms paint) use the curve line tool, also you should try fading the shade on where the eyes are. I also find the anatomy is a little off, the bug legs look a little deformed to me and the chest is sticking out to much. Finally the white outling should be a little more even and the scarf I think should be thicker
