To begin, her paws look very off. It almost seems as if someone smashed some of the appendage with a large mallet but left the rest alone. I would suggest slowing down and trying to be more careful with those.
The legs themselves are disproportionate. On her back legs, they barely bend at all and if you were to study wolf anatomy, you'll notice that you placed the curved part far to up her legs. Her front legs suffer from a similar problem, and the one of the left part of her body seems almost broken.
Her tail looks too long and doesn't have enough shape too it. It hugs her rear and then it points upward. That gives it a very odd look that is not at all easy on the eyes. Wolf tails either go down and stay down (but still don't hug the butt in such a way) or go up wards for the most part. Wolves are popular animals - there are probably quite a few good tutorials on their anatomy.
Her face looks a bit weird, considering that wolves have snouts and Chelsy doesn't seem to have any (this part can be more or less ignored if you're going for a 'chibi' style). Again, tutorials infest the internet.
Regarding the coloring: It is very flat and makes the picture look unsophisticated. The rainbow stripes on her back are too square, the stripes on her tail too straight, and the same could be said for her ears. Shading, too, adds a good sense of dimension to ones art, especially if done with multiple layers.
The glasses look like someone just slapped a sticker on her face. Try not to use such a large brush size when you draw them, or you could, indeed, get the sticker effect.
Don't rush anything. You'll never improve if you don't slow down and try to improve. Experiment with styles and techniques until you find one that suits your needs. Artists aren't made after a few wolf pictures, so you must, and I cannot stress this enough, practice, practice, practice.
I LOVE this like SO MUCH!! It is the cutest thing ever! Those eyes are just to die for! The face on her paw pad was a great idea! You can tell you put a lot of hard work into this and it is just full of creativity!
The colors all blend together and I love those glasses! I don't think I can say anything wrong about it I just love it. The one thing that may be a little off is that front paw it looks kinda broken, but this is amazing keep up the good work I just love this <3
